Micro CSA Share | Fall & Early Winter

Fresh, seasonal produce in a smaller share! Choose 4–6 items each week from Fresh Take Farm’s booth at the Glens Falls Farmers Market—a flexible option for smaller households or anyone who wants a little less each week.

Pickup: Every Saturday, October 10–December 19, for 11 weeks, plus a bonus share the weekend before New Year’s—12 weeks total!

Sample weekly shares:

• Lettuce mix, carrots, potatoes, and scallions.

• Spinach, sweet potatoes, onions, salad turnips, and microgreens.

• Arugula, baby bok choy, cabbage, watermelon radishes, potatoes, and kohlrabi.

Seasonal offerings may include:

• Greens: Lettuce, arugula, baby kale, spinach, sweet & spicy salad mix, baby bok choy, and microgreens.

• Roots & potatoes: Carrots, assorted potato varieties, sweet potatoes, watermelon radishes, and salad turnips.

• Other favorites: Cabbage, kohlrabi, onions, scallions, and more.

Selection varies each week with the season and harvest. Sample shares are examples only; not all items will be available every week.
